I purchased an high end product(Honeywell ppbrae 3000) recently and got stucked in usage and connecting it to computer through software through RS-232 cable. They provided extended support in giving training at our place without an extra cost which was not in our agreement .I am impressed by their service and made time to give review. Overall it was good experience with Instrukart.
